Return and Exchange Policy


At EMIZ, we are committed to providing luxurious products of the highest quality standards, and we always strive for the satisfaction of our valued customers. Below is our approved Return and Exchange Policy:


Firstly: Conditions for Return


  • The customer has the right to request a return or exchange of the product within **7 days** from the date of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and fully sealed/packaged with all accessories.
  • Due to the nature of our luxury and glass products, opened or used products cannot be returned.


Secondly: Cases Not Covered by Return


  • Products that have been broken or damaged as a result of misuse after receipt.
  • Products that have been opened or tampered with.
  • Special offers or discounted products (if applicable).


Thirdly: Damaged or Incorrect Products


In the event of receiving a product that is:


  • Damaged during shipping
  • OR different from the order


Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear attached images. The customer will be compensated by replacing the product or refunding the amount, depending on the case, without any additional charges.


Fourthly: Return Mechanism


  • After the return request is approved, the product must be returned to the address specified by the customer service team.
  • The customer bears the shipping costs if the error was **not** from the store.
  • The product will be inspected before the return or exchange process is finalized.


Fifthly: Refunds


  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method within **7 – 14 business days** after the product is received and inspected.
  • The time it takes for the amount to appear may vary depending on the payment provider or bank used.
